We reply within one business day and will confirm we can serve your state before anything is scheduled. All evaluations are by secure video, so there is no office visit.
What happens after you reach out

Tell us your state and the type of claim (new, secondary, increase, or supplemental after a denial). We reply within one business day to confirm we can serve your state and answer any questions before you commit to anything.
Once you decide to move forward, you pay the flat fee ($850 for the evaluation, DBQ, and nexus letter; $750 for a TDIU letter) and send us the records we ask for: your DD-214, service and medical records, prior VA decisions, and any C&P exam reports. We tell you exactly what to send.
Once payment and records are in, you get a link to pick a video appointment, typically within a week. The evaluation takes 40 to 60 minutes from home. Your completed DBQ and nexus letter are delivered as PDFs about one week later.
