# Mental Health Nexus Letters > Mental Health Nexus Letters provides independent psychological evaluations, DBQs, nexus letters, and TDIU letters for veterans' VA mental health disability claims. Evaluations are completed by licensed doctoral psychologists over secure telehealth (Google Meet, HIPAA business associate agreement in place), with PSYPACT authority to serve veterans in 44 states plus DC; not available to residents of MA, LA, IA, NM, OR, or HI. Founded by Frank J. Bevacqua, PhD, licensed Arizona psychologist (#4325, PSYPACT #10829) with more than 2,000 veteran evaluations completed. One flat fee of $850 covers records review, the evaluation, the DBQ, and the nexus letter; a TDIU letter is $750; no additional fees, private pay only. Appointments are typically available within one week and documents are delivered about one week after the appointment. The practice supports three claim scenarios: increasing an existing mental health rating, establishing direct service connection, and linking a mental health condition to another service-connected condition. Based in Gilbert, Arizona. Not affiliated with the VA; no outcome is guaranteed. ## Pages - [Home](https://www.mentalhealthnexusletters.com/): Overview of evaluations, DBQs, nexus letters, and TDIU letters for VA mental health claims - [About](https://www.mentalhealthnexusletters.com/about): Dr. Frank Bevacqua's credentials, licensure, PSYPACT authority, and experience - [Services and Pricing](https://www.mentalhealthnexusletters.com/services-pricing): What each service includes, the three claim scenarios, and flat-fee pricing - [FAQs](https://www.mentalhealthnexusletters.com/faqs): Cost, turnaround, telehealth, whether the VA accepts a psychologist's DBQ and nexus letter, C&P exams, and how to get started - [Reviews and Outcomes](https://www.mentalhealthnexusletters.com/reviews-outcomes-1): Feedback from veterans and veteran advocates - [Contact](https://www.mentalhealthnexusletters.com/contact-8): Email (DrB@mentalhealthnexusletters.com), phone (480-828-0020), and intake form; hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Arizona time
